This kfc is the best kfc I've ever been to. The afternoon staff is so nice ! They are always willing to take special requests like making my food extra fresh ! The manager is amazing and always willing to help. Everyone is just so friendly and caring that it makes me want to come back often.

I've seen Tom the mngr at San Leandro location order the cook to serve n fry some nasty slimy chicken!
Ordered through door dash for dinner and was slightly disappointed. We got a chicken little combo each no pickles and while we appreciate the customizations being correct, it tasted like they left off the mayo as well (super dry) The mash potato and gravy had almost no gravy The chicken was not "extra crispy" (but I do appreciate the extra piece being thrown in) Fries were soggy. Biscuit tasted burnt or old couldn't tell which but overall horrible and KFC has always been my favorite biscuits.. Overall, I wouldn't order through DoorDash again as I can't write special instructions and the quality of the food was possibly affected by this as well. If I were to come in person I'd try the chicken little again and mash potatoes, I'd skip on the rest.

KFC is awful. The asian supervisor is disrespectful to customers. They never have items you want. Who ever does the ordering is doing a good job, NOT! No one was at the front counter for 5 min. Supervisor was just sitting in office. Not aware of his surrounding. Only 2 people working an he was sitting. All 4 customers just looked at each other. I left, Closed it down. Put a Taco Bell. Asap.
