Ordered through door dash for dinner and was slightly disappointed. We got a chicken little combo each no pickles and while we appreciate the customizations being correct, it tasted like they left off the mayo as well (super dry) The mash potato and gravy had almost no gravy The chicken was not "extra crispy" (but I do appreciate the extra piece being thrown in) Fries were soggy. Biscuit tasted burnt or old couldn't tell which but overall horrible and KFC has always been my favorite...read full review
Karen at drive through is very nice and courteous. I was not expecting such nice service but was pleasantly surprised. Especially since I get terrible service from the KFC on MacArthur. This KFC is my go to from now on.

This kfc is the best kfc I've ever been to. The afternoon staff is so nice ! They are always willing to take special requests like making my food extra fresh ! The manager is amazing and always willing to help. Everyone is just so friendly and caring that it makes me want to come back often.
