Booked Liberation Foods to cater the appetizers and buffet-style meal for my May 2025 wedding. Conducted a tasting prior to booking which was helpful to identify menu items. Also liked that tasting fee was credited to overall bill. Due to venue constraints, opted to have food dropped off the day of the event in lieu of prepared onsite. We used Liberation Foods for our wedding celebration and we were NOT disappointed! Dennis was so easy to work with as well as his entire catering team. They arrived at our event a few hours prior and not only prepped fresh food but helped us decorate! Without them, our event would not have gone as smoothly as it did! The food was hot and delicious! Liberation Foods catered my daughter's wedding last Saturday, June 5, 2021, and I can't express my gratitude adequately in a post. I had originally scheduled the wedding last year, but had to postpone it because of Covid. I had put the deposit down and reschedule a year later, but feared that the catering company might go under during such a difficult year.
