There's only a few vegan options, but they're really good! We've been here several times for the tofu banh mi and the vegetarian noodle soup (which is vegan). Seemed like they perfected them on our most recent visit. Lots of veggies, mushrooms, and tofu in the soup. Step right up, order and pay first, menu on the wall - fast service, delicious, fresh ingredients, Spring rolls and egg rolls done just right - the meat is marinated and sweetened and perfectly grilled, the pickled carrots, green onion, daikon are all still fresh and nicely rice vinegared. Great lunch place, we'll be back to try the Banh Mi next!
