First off, the owner here is amazing! I appreciate how, when I wasn't satisfied with the service on my recent orders, she reached out to make things right. That's how you treat your customers. Someone was telling me about this food. Hyping it up so bad that we waited a few hours for them to open. I placed the order for pickup through yelp. I didn't get any notification it was actually done. I got there quickly it was already ready, but it was cold so it took away from my experience. I ordered collectively the shrimp & rice bowl for someone else. It looked and smelled good and i tried one of the shrimps. Very good. I had two dishes , a cup of gumbo and the Baja fish taco. Fish taco had fresh ingredients and leaned heavy into it with light sauce, delicious. Gumbo needed a bit of salt but that’s me, still found it super tasty. Out of there full for under 20 bucks was dope also.
