Look what we have here!? After many years of closing, Kevin's Noodle House is back to business. If you live in oakland, you gotta know this place. So, I've been going to this place in SF for years. I'm so glad that this location had reopened. This place really hit the spot today. I usually get the #2 but the beef stew with egg noodles is also a hit (still gotta try that beef stew at this location [but I'm sure it's delicious]). Don't forget to ask for the chili oil if you like it spicy.When I saw these reviews about the service, it kinda made me laugh because it's typically how busy pho places are. The atmosphere was modern, and the service was friendly. But, I ordered a phở đặc biếc, and it wasn’t very tasty.
