Walked in to order. I’ve been to other Pollo Camperos before and had a good experience.First of all, this is not a normal restaurant or a food hall. It was purpose built for delivery drivers with lockers to pick up food. It’s confusing to order in-person, but is done on a tablet to the left. There is a counter but it’s really designed for takeout only and the interior is more like a post office than a restaurant.I waited 40 minutes for a simple grilled chicken order. The chicken and sides themselves were quite good, and I guess if I had this delivered instead, it would have been a fine experience.The ridiculous wait times and sterile atmosphere here mean I would not come here again.

Absolutely do not recommend this place!!! Waited almost 30 minutes for my order and they messed it all up!!! Had to take the food back and waited another 20 minutes for my order. Very dissatisfied!!! Will NEVER go there again. Buyers beware!!

You guys always take a really long time making food. I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. You should change your wait times when you cant keep up with the orders. Ridiculous
