Walked in to order. I’ve been to other Pollo Camperos before and had a good experience.First of all, this is not a normal restaurant or a food hall. It was purpose built for delivery drivers with lockers to pick up food. It’s confusing to order in-person, but is done on a tablet to the left. The food is very good and everything but the waiting time after they give you an hour in which they will lie I had to call more than once after more than an hour passed when I spent my waiting time is something stressful Give them an hour and you get to pick up and it turns out that you have to wait longer than they told you. Yesterday I had a terrible note aside that I had to wait almost two more hours for my order.I give it 3 stars because the food is good

Before starting the review, I want to disclose that I am from Guatemala , where the brand was founded in the 1970s, and this is my very first time eating Pollo Campero in the US. Pollo Campero is an institution in Guatemala. Families would bring boxes (instead of buckets) of chicken while going out to the beach, picnic, etc. There have been other fry chicken restaurants that have competed with Campero over the years (included KFC), but Campero has always been the market leader....read full review
