This is my third day calling to place an order for pick up the person on the other end speaks Spanish and hangs up on me I was trying to order dinner phone service for English speaking customers did not work for me

We were waiting for almost half an hour, they didn't bring us any drinks or food, then a homeless man arrived asking for food, he wasn't bothering anyone, so the very angry man told him to leave, my partner asked him for some broth and told the man that to sit with us, the man did not care and told him to leave, we were going to pay for his food, respect is expected and that they learn how to give good customer service, I hope they change before they judge the people and likewise their Terrible customer service I changed.
Pésimo servicio la verdad, el sistema de parqueo es una tontería, luego se tardan en prepararte la comida, veo tant@s trabajadores más sin embargo las mesas siguen sucias después de mucho tiempo, la comida normalmente es buena pero encerio si que se toman su tiempo en hacerlo creo que deberían poner a alguien a cargo para que vea que cada quien haga bien su trabajo.

La calidad no coincide con los precios ,no fue lo que esperaba, turno de la tarde pupusas más masa que otra cosa, la sopa 7 mares solo son 5 camarones y un trozo de pescado catfish carne artificial de cangrejo, medias lunas artificiales. Ves la sopa y te desepcionas, si eres conocedor de la sopa salvadoreña ahí no es. Desayunos, buenos, antojitos buenos.

Could be considered a hole in the wall. But for a hole in the wall, it isvery clean and the Pupusas are delicious. The next time I went I hadtheir chicken soup and it was also very very good. This is my Pupusa spot!
