I tried to give them a few tries but the experience was consistently poor. Staff is unfriendly, no smile or greeting, grumbled about personal stuff and the guy making my coffee was coughing . Gross! It wasn't very busy but the counters and tables were untidy.

Match and Latte were both weak and mostly just tasted of steamed milk. Choc croissant was oily and tasteless. No one gave us the common courtesy of saying hello or acknowledged when we said thank you at the register or at pick up.

This place has really grown up. The coffee is delicious - but really I give five stars for the customer service. I had special ordered something and had an emergency and needed to cancel at the last minute. They were so accommodating and kind, they’ve earned my loyalty.I personally prefer dairy in my coffee, and Timeless is vegan, but they have enough choices that I really enjoy their drinks.

Excellent coffee and a variety of baked goods . Seating for several dozen people but tables can fill up. Two bathrooms are in the back amidst the staffing area; be sure to check if there's toilet paper before you lock the door and get settled.

A friend and I stopped by for coffee, and he also ordered a snickerdoodle. The snickerdoodle was essentially uncooked dough; honestly, it was oozing on the plate. The coffees we had were both sour, a flavor I find both odd and off-putting in coffee.Finally, the service was indifferent at best. The container they had for self-service cleanup was full; I'm more than fine with bussing my own dishes, but the employees should make certain that there customers have a place to return them.I always give a place a second chance to make an impression, but my next trip here will need a sea-change for me to return.

Rude service at counter - apparently requesting an extra shot of espresso requires a lecture on single origin vs other espresso. Finally gave up - there was a line and I didn’t know why it had to be so difficult. Barista looks like he just got out of bed and is grumpy. Bad vibe overall.
Their birthday cake is my favorite!! but everything is good.

Parking is difficult! I rarely go inside other than to pick up orders to go.I think The Bakery for the all the other stores is here. If you have a Bakery order this is the place to go. Super good cakes etc!

I love Timeless as a concept. The food and pastries are quite lovely. However, I come in frequently and find that they struggle to get an order correct. In fact, I have never gotten a fully correct order when going to Timeless Coffee. I write this review after going today and having almost every part of the order have something incorrect.I want more than anything to love this coffee shop. To its credit, after pointing out the issues with the order, it was mostly corrected, but I feel like the staff needs a better manager or more training.
