“Whenever we are in Carlsbad, we take a short drive here. My husband and boys love fish, so this is a must when we are near. Tonight, we had the chowder, fish platter (comes with two sides), fish sandwiches (keep the lemon aioli), and the fish & chip. Oh, make sure you try their cole slaw, best I've ever had. All very fresh and full of flavor. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the employees are friendly.“

“Go where the locals go! How did I know? Easy! While waiting for my order, the lady and guy taking orders were acknowledging, on more than one occasion, people coming in. They were asking about the family and so on. We both had the fish and chips. It was a GENEROUS proportion! Way more than enough when combined with the slaw and.fries. I would go back if a local.
