I like that there are no pets or weapons allowed in the store. The pizza bar is inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is great and sometimes it is below average. The staff in general is friendly. There is an Amazon drop box that's available that makes this place a great quick stop for me when I need to do an Amazon return. Food was well prepared. The Wonka pancake & pink hot cocoa looked exactly like the pictures. Just a forewarning, the Wonka pancake is basically cake, so get it for dessert. Everything was great, and the service was good, considering there was only one server the entire time we were there. This is one of the better Ihops I have been to, not for the location as that can be a little sketchy but for the food, been a few times and the food is always perfect and the service has been good.
