Horrible service! Rude and untrained employee. Due to health, I requested curbside pickup. I waited for over 40 minutes at curbside. I finally called the restaurant and a young female employee told me my food has been ready for a while, with no intention of curbside delivery. Never Again will shop at this branch!

This is my very First Order with Noodles & Company. I was browsing their Menu Items on the Door Dash website at my home this afternoon after 4:00 p. m. Noodles are one of my favorite dishes. Every thing on their Menu looked really flavorful. Italian Food is what I was craving today. I ordered 1 x of the Spicy Penne Rosa and I have chosen the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Meat. The ingredients in this meal was the Spicy Tomato Cream Sauce,Parmesan Crusted Chicken Meat, Mushrooms, and Spinach. I took approximately half of this dish. I am a small eater but I wanted to try a little bit of everything I ordered. This meal was really Spicy and the Penne Rosa Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Meat had a golden Brown Crust on it and it was very delicious! I selected the Regular size order the price $8.30 plus $3.00 more when I added the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Meat. The total amount was $11.30. Then I ordered 1 x of this Wisconsin Macaroni & Cheese. This Mac & Cheese it has Cheddar and Sharp Cheeses combined to make a delicious side dish. This Wisconsin Mac & Cheese was very creamy and flavorful. The price was $2.25 for the small size container. I also ordered the (3 pieces) of the Cheesy Garlic Bread and it included the Marinara Dipping Sauce. This was the small size order. It also comes in the (6 pieces). The price was $3.75. I ate 2 pieces of the Cheesy Garlic Bread. The Cheese was melted perfectly and the Garlic Bread has a crispy texture to it. I dipped my Cheesy Garlic Bread into the Marinara Dipping Sauce. Those 2 combinations work well together. For Dessert, I like sweets! My dessert was the 1 x Chocolate Chunk Cookie with Oatmeal in it. The price is $2.90. I ate half of this Chocolate Chunk Cookie. The texture of this Cookie was soft baked with huge chocolate chunks in the cookie and the oatmeal was infused in every bite I took this cookie was very good. The subtotal was $20.20. The tax is $1.67. The standard delivery fee is $2.99. The service fee is $3.43. I also received a Discounted Price when I order over $15.00 on the Door Dash website I received $4.04 off of my order. I still had to pay the Dasher Driver's Tip, I selected the $5.00 Tip for Karl who dropped off my Noodles & Company Order to my front door at 5:02 p.m. Karl arrived 6 minutes earlier to my house. The total bill was $29.25. I received excellent customer service from the Door Dash Delivery Company. I really loved eating everything I ordered today at the Noodles & Company Restaurant. I highly recommend this restaurant. I will order from Noodles & Company Restaurant again.

Not the best location. All the items we ordered were literally just cooked noodles with little to no flavor. The Mac and cheese was extremely dry. My son didn’t wanna eat it. The spaghetti and meatballs had no sauce, it was just cooked noodles and meatballs.

I always get the zucchini noodles which are sooo delicious. The tofu is really good too and the pieces are large. Noodles is fantastic!

Haven’t eaten here in a while. Use to like it a lot but this time it didn’t seem as fresh and there weren’t as many vegetables. The tofu was tuff. Probably won’t be going back anytime soon.
I really wanted this to be a 5-star place, but their ratios are out of whack. There's lots of noodles, not a lot of sauce (making it all dry), and a sad amount of meat every single time. The ingredients taste premium for the price point, but the fact that you usually only get a few pieces of meat when you paid to have meat added is just lame. I understand proteins cost money, but if I'm paying extra for meat I expect more than a few measly pieces. Especially chicken - not an expensive protein.

The noodles were potentially good, but they gave very little sauce. All of our pasta curbside dishes had a ratio of 50% sauce to 100% noodles. This meant that 50% of the noodles had no sauce at all. The flavor of the sauce was good, but with so little the dishes were very dry. I don't think I should have to pay extra for sauce when I ordered an entire noodle dish and the entire noodles should have been covered with sauce. We had 4 noodle dishes, all were the same. We basically paid $96 for dry noodles :(

We enjoy the food. However today's service was rude.They got our information wrong.We were not door dash,we selected pick up . They got our name wrong. When my husband went in to get things straightened out or reorder the gal was even ruder than she was on the phone. We got our food it was ready.Maybe there could be some customer courtesy training.
