She thoroughly explained how it was my fault on the app by adding the reward item on the same order in which i had already added the $2 promo double burger. which caused the unwanted price change. Then she calmly and patiently walked me through the proper way to do it. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!“
“It's a Wendy's. It's has the things that all the Wendy's do. There is lots of parking. Wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Restroom for customers. Like all fast food restaurants, set your expectations accordingly. Places round to eat for friends if they want something different. This one has a drive through and it is convenient to get to from the Freeway. A great stop in you need to be quick.“
