“I don't usually leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but they have so many negative reviews. I figured I'd leave a positive one as people are more likely to leave one to complain than if they had a pleasant experience.I never have order accuracy issues(except once soon after grand opening). I've never been given cold food or inaccurate portions. I've never had issues with sauces.While I am often asked to park to wait for my order for 3 to 4 people, I never wait long. The employees have always been friendly. I always use the app to place my order, pull up to the drive thru window, I get asked to park and wait. I wait about 4 minutes. My order is always correct and hot. All these negative reviews seems strange given the number of times I've visited. I live nearby and it's better than other nearby fastfood. Even their salads are always fresh. The one time I had an order issue (missing item) the woman at the inside counter was polite and fixed my issue immediately with a smile on her face. I'm more inclined to think it's the customer base that is the issue in this area than the restaurant itself. Leaving bad reviews over sauce charges or breakfast hours is unnecessary. Get up earlier. Most places stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Check your order before leaving. Missing an item? Don't be rude about it and they'll probably fix it no questions asked. People make mistakes. Give them a chance to fix it before being a rude customer. ?“
“Get the app and you'll receive the best rewards than any other fast food restaurant. Service isn't bad and this location is always busy. Breakfast deals are inexpensive and tasty.Parking: Large parking lot that is connected to a Dollar tree and 2 gyms. Chase bank and kids learning center, I believe, are also in the same lot.“
“Customer service is amazing the young man in the drive thru is too good for this Wendy's so if a manager wants to recognize why their doors are still open they should be thanking the lord that a young man like him hasn't left yet. Cause his worth is astronomical in comparison and it shows. Keep your head up king and when you finally go to that big boy job just know there's people out here rooting for you.“
