Went through the drive thru & had ordered a 10 piece SPICY nuggets and I checked my bag & they had mistakenly gave me a regular 10 piece & I came back to the window & the manager Charolette or whatever her name is had an attitude and told me she'll only replace the 7 nuggets that I "ate" & I told her I only took a bite out of ONE, & she told me she couldn't do that and told me to get out of her drive-thru or she'll call the cops, I proceeded to wait at the window still & asked for a receipt, she declined. So I still waited at the window after she slammed the window shut, & seen her on the phone already with the cops so I just left. All they could've done was give me the food that I paid for or given me a refund! Ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!

I have never had an issue at this Wendy's I work down the street and would normally go there after today I am never going there! The 1sr picture is what a crispy chicken sandwich should look like and the last 3 pictures is what I got. It was cold & so hard I almost cracked a tooth. It was like it got microwaved and left there for the next customer ME! Just horrible for the price we pay it sad the crap of food we are getting!
