It used to be good but after they reopen food quality is just bad. It looked like they only warm up chicken in microwave. Orange chicken super dry and not flavor. I won't be coming back anymore. Not worth it at all.

Average but passable for quick American style Chinese. Decent egg drop soup. Biggest issue is they always forget condiments like hot mustard. Also If you order for pickup also call. They don't check the online orders often. When you show up they seem surprised to have received the order.

Just ordered from this placed through Uber Eats. I don't recommend it. I spend $100. I called them to get them to send me hot sauce and they told me it would be extra charge lol.

First time trying this place. The tofu and spinach and the chicken fried rice was delicious! This might be our go to from now on. Big portions, was more than enough for two people. Had leftovers the next day.

Horrible service!!! Spent 15-20 minutes on the phone repeatedly put on hold to check if they had noodles for chow mein. Hung up on once then got second person who did the same thing--had to keep checking with his "friend" to verify if the coupon for buy one get one entree free would work. Have ordered multiple times and now all of a sudden chow mein is not considered an entree. The mailer only says Cajun seafood is excluded. No one there seems to know their own menu or the rules. Waste of time calling them and not worth the hassle. Will never order from there again!

Food & prices are very good. Only wish they would hire someone who speaks more English at the register because we've had a couple of problems with recent orders since Henry left. He was much more competent. But the food is still worth it!

Got the Sha Sha chicken dinner special with chow mein, steam rice, cream cheese ragoons, egg roll, wonton soup. Everything was very good. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the wonton soup did not smell or taste right. Ordered late so maybe it'd been sitting, not a huge deal. Hope next time I order soup will be better ??

They never get my order correct I always ask for the white sauce or the Brown sauce on the side and they always delivered with the sauce on my entree. Then when I call back to tell them about the situation they say they will not deliver me the correct order that I placed. Done

Only go here as a LAST, LAST resort. Tastes like a non-Asian person with sub par cooking skills made the food. Cream cheese wontons - Can't mess this up. It was passable. Wonton soup - This was offensive to even call it a wonton soup. Wrong type of wonton wrapper used; just ended up soggy and unpleasant texture. It is not a broth. They literally put the ingredients in water and boiled it with salt. It was 80% veggies and wonton with 20% broth. Beef stir fry - Passable flavor. There was more liquid in this than the wonton soup. Chow mein - Basically just tastes of soy sauce without depth. Hands down one of the bottom three worst chow meins I've tasted.

Food was ok but not worth the price($51.00 for 2 people). The young girl who helped us was very- very nice.I'll keep going to my little spot off Katella, Hong Kong Express.

I ordered a few days ago and I thoroughly enjoyed the food. I ordered the wonton soup, shrimp fried rice and chicken wings. I could have lived without the jalapeños as i can’t eat too spicy but will make note next time on order. Delivery was OK. The guy parked in one of our spaces and then walks around the building, calls me and tells me he’s lost. It’s a very small complex and instruction were very precise. Don’t know how one could get lost…lol. Many reviews on this place is based on the delivery time and not the food. We are living in hard times and although it’s slow, appreciate someone is willing to deliver these days. Reviews should be based on food only, so I give them 4 stars as I could have done without the sauce and jalapeños on my fried chicken. Definitely will order again!

I was skeptical, because I'm Chinese and I'm ordering Chinese from a restaurant named Big Chopsticks. But I got their menu ad in the mail and husband wanted to try. I ordered online and picked up in store. No indoor dining at this time but the place is super small anyway. Husband and I actually enjoyed the food there. We ordered beef chow mein, orange sauced breaded beef, and fried rice. Portions are good. It gave me Panda Express feels to it. Sure, it was no "authentic" Chinese food, but we have been here twice and do plan on coming back.

The orange chicken is edible and strange . It's chicken that's sautéed in a pan (not crispy chicken ) and orange glaze on top . Come on do better . I buy chicken from the grocery store put in my air fryer add garlic and some good seasoning then toss the crispy chicken in the sauce $5 . So **** this place.
