Not my first time here but my first time having the ramen birria.It was exactly as I had hoped, delicious!!! The consume really is the star of this dish. The meat is so tender it falls apart. When you add lemons, cilantro, and hot sauce it makes it the perfect dish !!A good dish for a rainy day. Super good. Super awesome. Delicious!
Came here with my family on a bit of a limb although we all love Mexican food and birria in particular. The food was outstanding - we got the taco trio of quesabirria + 2 Dorado tacos. Spicy salsa you could bottle and sell (but will melt your face). Lady at the front was super sweet and let us try all the agua frescas. 6/5 stars worth the visit. We will be back(possibly tomorrow). Drive through. Service was great. Everything was as we ordered. Various takes on beef steak. Shredded, chopped or chunked. Seasoned deliciously. No beans or rice came with it (may not serve it) but we got tacos and the sandwich. Filled with beef, more than you'd expect and slightly spicy. So.. Good! ?
