“Celebrated my mom's birthday tonight at Tabi-Ji. We had a wonderful time! The restaurant is very cozy and has great decor. The host Jason was so nice and greeted us as soon as we walked in. Our server Andy was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed during our meal. Our chef Royce was excellent. “My friends and I came here for dinner on a Saturday. Although it was busy, we still received great service. Our food and drinks were served at an appropriate time. The servers were very accommodating to different diets (someone in our group was vegan and someone else was pescatarian). There were various options for all! We also enjoyed a couple of rounds of drinks. They were all delicious! The restaurant has round tables that make you feel like you are eating at home. They also have outdoor seating. The restaurant is dimly lit, creating an intimate and relaxing ambiance.”

“Delicious Japanese-inspired Wagyu Burgers and Karaage-fried Chicken sandwiches. Burgers are juicy and tender and the fried egg is a great compliment to it. Their topo-topo Wagyu-loaded fries are cravingly-good - enough beef for each bite, the right amount of sauce to give each bite great flavor without drowning the fries. Surprisingly the real standout for me was the chicken sandwich - chicken thigh meat cooked karaage-style, moist with great flavor; the sandwich isn't overly dressed so all the elements are balanced. Definitely will be coming back for more!”

I got the turmeric chicken schwarma and the cilantro pesto chicken schwarma and the flavors just melted in my mouth. I also had the tumeric lemonade and it was the perfect amount of tartness. “Best bread around... only place I find their bread these days is the Saturday morning farmers market in Orange by Chapman University off Palm in old town Orange. The line is always long for OC Baking Company so get there early. Our favorites are the huge loaf of French bread and the cranberry walnut bread. I usually by two or three loaves of each and freeze it all in smaller portions in zip lock bags. So many bakeries have skimped on ingredients and filled their bread with fillers and who knows what else. I hope OC Bakery never does that. They have a LOT of options. Mostly they sell their bread to businesses. Only Saturday to the public and as far as I know, only at the one location. During the insane shutdown they opened their warehouse to the public weekly. It was great. Try their bread!”

The food was great, really good hash browns, the omelettes were excellent and self serve drinks. The first time we ate it was excellent, the food was awesome and we couldn't find a fault with the service. The second time didn't the food wasn't hot when it came out and the gravy was just ok, not great. I've had the chance to try a number of different blends at Philz--some of the standouts to me are the Ecstatic, Tesora, and Philtered Soul. Philz is typically fairly busy, so you will have to wait for your drink, but it is definitely worth it. Likewise, if you don't mind the hustle and bustle of the space with so many people being there, it can be a great place to get work done.”

“I wanted to try this place out, and was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the enchilada platter and it came with rice and beans. My order was take out and portions were generous. The Enchiladas were delicious, I loved the red sauce and taste! Everything was neatly packaged for take home and included chips and salsa, my son ordered a burrito and he loved it. “We found this little gem when we moved to Orange 3 years ago and get food from there at least twice a month. The people that work there are so nice, friendly and really care about their customers. Now to the food. It is excellent! The tacos and carnitas burritos are to die for. They make guacamole from scratch and it’s the best we’ve ever had. Breakfast burritos are awesome. So let’s support this local, family owned business. Times are tough for some folks, but believe me you won’t be disappointed. Their prices are really good too.”

“For the last couple of months, I've been trying out a new place for lunch. A friend told me about The Greenery Natural Kitchen. They recently went through a change in ownership and redesigned the interior of the restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the menu and the food. My favorite menu item is the 1/2 sandwich (turkey and avocado on squaw bread) and 1/2 salad, which includes chips and salsa. The food is delightful and always fresh, and brought to the table in a very reasonable amount of time by friendly servers. I highly recommend The Greenery.”

“I am a big fan of Palapas food. Everything I have tried from start to finish has been great. Starting with a mango michelada which was super balanced. Sweet, salty and a hint of tartness; garnished with a Tamaroca, a mango and cucumber slice dipped in escarcha made it absolute perfection. To start they bring you some great chips, salsa and bean dip which are a nice little appetizer. We got the California roll and let me tell you, it doesn't compare to any Japanese sushi place, but was still OK. The Ceviche in salsa negra is great and full of flavor. Definitely my go to. Had to try a shrimp taco, because why not!? When I first got the taco and saw that it was made with a flour tortilla I was a bit skeptical, but after I bit into it my taste buds were pleasantly surprised. It was cheesy, crunchy, with a bit of spiciness from the salsa they provide. It was truly amazing. Definitely going back and gettin' me some more in the near future! The service could be better, the waitresses are not too friendly. The atmosphere is nice with some Mexican music playing in the background. One of the times I went I was charged for valet parking, but thankfully I think they did away with that.Kid-friendliness: Not too much to offer for kids.Parking: I have been charged for valet before, bit sure if they did away with it. I hope they did because they'll charge you to park your car 10 feet away from the back door.Wheelchair accessibility: Floor level”

“My husband and I loved this restaurant so much we ate here twice in four days! First off, the view is stunning! If you go, and the weather is good, I recommend eating on the terrace. You can see so much of the beautiful land around. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels high class without being stuffy. The menu has some more basic options and a lot of interesting options so anyone should be able to find something they like here. It is expensive, but the portions are large, so it is easy to share an entrée. They have an excellent drink menu! I ordered the belle cocktail, and the drink was good, and the presentation was beautiful. They have complimentary cornbread that they bring out first and it is absolutely delicious! It is a little sweet and I still think about it sometimes. We ordered a charcutier board for our appetizer and the charcutier we got at Orange Hill is still the best we have had yet! You get to choose the cheeses and meats. Then they are accompanied by dried fruit, honey, mustard, nuts, delicious breads, and more. We would go back just to get another charcutier board! For our entrée we ordered the crispy whole snapper. It came out with the whole baked fish on it for presentation which freaked me out a bit, but it didn't bother my husband. The entrée was delicious but what we always talk about is the charcutier and the view. Orange Hill is absolutely in our top ten favorite restaurants. If you are nearby, definitely check it out for a date night.Parking: You have to drive up a fairly steep hill to get to the restaurant. Once you are there they only offer valet parking.”

“This is an awesome western themed steakhouse with 2 large open bars and a mechanical bull, $5/ ride. I got the huge 24 oz prime rib and ate the whole thing. Outdoor patio to roast marshmallows for smores was fun.”

They took reservations which was nice because we were on a tight schedule. They sat us quickly and gave us time to look over the menu.Options were endless! Drinks have a separate menu and they have flight options if you wanted to try a lil bit of it all.As for food, we were a party of 7 so we ordered family style. Ordered a bunch of appetizers and entrees so we can try a little bit of everything. I’m picky when it comes to Mexican food, but I would say this place hit the nose on seafood and traditional dishes. Portions are large (food and drinks).Loved the music (can’t go wrong with Bad Bunny playlist). The art around the restaurant was fun and lots of photo ops.Definitely a place I’d come back too.”

Since they support our community we gotta support chick-fil-a! Lets start with the easy in app ordering, its fast and easy to claim your rewards and do a pickup order and the app even times your location so they will start cooking the meal when your close by the location to make sure its made fresh upon arrival. The app is also very accurate lets you pick each condiment you want per item, like i was surprised they let me pick unsalted waffle fries and get salt packets so I can season them to how I want them. One thing i didn't see though is the option to make the fries extra crunchy by frying it longer. But chicken sandwich served perfect like always and only problem was since i order for pickup in advance i didn't see the well done extra crispy option but when i order in takeout I can typically ask them for extra crispy in person. The ambiance of the place was very clean especially for a fast food joint and restrooms were kept clean as-well which is quite impressive for a fast food joint. Props to them they got my order perfectly and i was very specific with every condiment and each item was there in order, got 2 chick-fil-a sauce, 2 mayo, 2 ketchup, salt, pepper packets and each came perfectly.”

“I always feel so Guilty coming to cookie crumble because the cookies are so BIG and good with LOTS of sugar, well this time I did not feel so bad because they now have smaller cookies; I feel like this is the best thing that they could have done for people like me. I was able to get 3 small cookies of all different flavors and I did not feel bad about it. It gave me that sweet kick that I needed, and I did not have to settle for 1 flavor. It was $8.99 for the 3. The service was super fast I was in and out within 3 mins. I will be back for sure”

“Everyone has their favorite smokehouse. I haven't been floored by any yet, but this is as close as I have come. They can get busy so prepare to wait on the weekends. But it's worth it. Clean, comfortable (especially compared to the Brea location) and the food is consistently outstanding. Not cheap but never small portions. With the money every time!”
