Tried to order from this restaurant online. There was a cancellation email sent with refund for the incorrect amount TWICE. Nobody is at the restaurant to answer the phone and I am left food less and now have to call the credit card company. Major major THUMBS DOWN. worst place. i ordered thru yelp and everything goes thru i get my order confirmation and i have been charged on my card. i order at 8 pm and they close at 9. i show up at 8:25 pm and they're already closed and no one is inside, i called them and it went straight to a full voicemail inbox so i couldn't leave a message. got charged and didn't get my food let alone any service i had never been here before and def won't be going back

Current weather is somewhat gloomy, which prompted us to look for a nice hot soup. We came here with zero expectations. Seems kindly of slow, but the gentlemen who assisted us was nice and quick. Our soups, P1 and P2 were nice and hot. The soup seems radiant and colorful. The broth tasted before adding additional flavor was pleasant. We will definitely be coming back and definitely recommend this place for anyone who is trying to warm up their bellies!

First time we tried Golden Pho was tonight! It was excellent food. We saw and add and then looked it up on Yelp to see the full menu! Ordered Spicy Pad Thai that had excellent flavor and just the right amount of spicy! We also tried the House Egg Fu Young. (Not sure if I spelled it right) the flavor ad outstanding and the sauce that goes over the top of it was equally as good. Could be a meal in and of itself with the veg and chicken in it. Highly recommend you give it a try.Sue S.

I had a great chow mien , and the fried fish dish. It was surprisingly good. The chicken meat was moist and clean. Usually other places the chick is dried. But i was imppress with the chick chow mien. Been going to them for weeks now. Always great. Friendly environment.

Really yummy food and great portions for the prices; friendly service and food was ready really fast. Loved the chicken vegetable soup, orange chicken, and iced Vietnamese coffee!

First time trying Golden Pho. I order through GrubHub. Everything arrived hot and on time. I ordered the Family Meal for 4 which included chicken chow mein, orange chicken, kung pow chicken, beef & broccoli, rice and egg rolls. This is typical Chinese food that you can get anywhere. Not a negative just pointing out, while it tasted good, it was average. There was plenty of everything with enough leftovers for another meal or two. We all know Chinese food is better the second day. Would I go here again? yes. Would I recommend you try Golden Pho? Yes.

I called in for take out - the girl that helped me on this phone was very nice and took her time with me because I was I indecisive if I want wonton soup or hot & sour soup, I ended up with hot and sour soup, beef broccoli, sweet and sour chicken and bbq pork fried rice and I was told it'll be 20 mins for my order, well I called them at the Marketplace in Tustin, so a total of 13 mins to Golden Pho on the freeway. I got there early, it's in a small plaza. It's a cute little restaurant and there wasn't anyone there. My order was over $50 so I was told I get to choose 2 drinks, so I grabbed a sprite and a Thai tea. The Thai tea was really good and the portion for the food, lasted for a few days. Food was good, my bf thought the beef broccoli was salty but thought it was fine. I'll definitely order from them again in the near future.
I don't know if meat is supposed to be this color but it definitely raised some flags for me. I put it aside because I was hungry and I wasn't about to let it go to waste. Not only was I a bit disgusted but also disappointed because the broth had no flavor and the noodles were so overcooked that it felt like mashed potatoes.

I went in for lunch and was not very impressed. The pictures of the owner posted of the orange chicken looked delicious, however, what I received is not even close to the same dish. Not very good flavor and the chicken was just over cooked and rubbery instead of quick fried and tossed in orange sauce like the chicken shown in their pictures. I ate it within minutes of ordering, and was overall pretty disappointed. probably won't be back for awhile.

Great food. We have ordered here a few times and the customer service over the phone and in person is awesome. We've ordered the baby bok choy with tofu, egg flower soup, house special chow mein, shrimp chow fun, house special fried rice, and spicy salt and pepper fish fillet. My favorite is the spicy salt and pepper fish! It's a must try!

Don't be put off by the bad reviews or theappearance of this place. It's actually really great! had pho and spring rolls which tasted great. The server there was very friendly and attentive. Definitely would recommend this place.

I had the house fried rice and the chicken lo mien. Freakin amazing. Give them both 5/5. I'm definitely going back to try their other items. Very clean inside, and staff was very friendly. I think this place is new, 100% you have to come by and try.
