The odds I'll get someone who understands me is 1 in 5. If I ask you for the item on the menu and I have to say it 3 times to hear the wrong item repeated back in broken truncated English I'm just going to drive off. I don't have time for this. Don't try to customize an order. It's going to be another 5 minutes trying to explain what you want. Don't order a "new" menu item. They've never heard of it, and have no idea what you're talking about even though it's literally a 3d addition to the menu. I appreciate the attempted upsell to the combo, but if I say "the sandwich only" and you ignore me and ask me if I want the combo, you are pretty annoying. I say, "I'd like 2 grilled chicken classic jack wraps." And you come back with "classic or spicy" "how many?" It's just disrespectful. You don't care, you don't want my business. I get that it's fast food, but that's why you need to be the best. You need to care about excellence, because good GOD I have so many other choices.

I was in the drive thru on this location for the first time as I was just passing thru after driving for over an hour. (Mgr on duty?) "Faustin" at 4:30pm on January 18, 2024 refused to give me an additional condiment with my order unless I pay 75 cents for a BBQ sauce? He said I was entitled for ONLY one?! This is the only location who is thrifty with their condiments unless this location is hurting financially due to the staff's unfriendliness? I would never go here again nor would I ever recommend it. My sandwich #6 combo was also dry and overcooked. I would like the GM to contact me.Why then would staff ask if I wanted condiments? I even asked for salt which I never received!Employee FAUSTIN needs to be trained on his customer service!

It's jacket a box so you know it's fast just food but one thing about this Jack in the box is that there fountain drinks are absolutely delicious. They have the right amount of fizz to taste they are absolutely great for a soft drink so if you don't mind fast food this Jack in the box is a place to go but if you really want a good fountain drink come to this Jack in the box you won't be disappointed I always go for the Coke 0 great drink over ice on a hot day.

I ordered through the app, got there they were closed, hours not correct on the app. Spoke to the manager Aaron who told me to come in for a full refund... cool beans except when I got there the woman claiming to be the manager refused to give me my money back, even though I provided her with my order number and confirmation email. She refused to speak to me and told the other girl in Spanish to get rid of me. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism! This woman has absolutely no business being in any position of authority and needs some serious training on how to treat people. She finally said she would give me a free taco! I told her I didn't want her taco I wanted my refund for the food I was charged for and never got. Seriously??? A taco? Don't hurt yourself giving! I feel like this location literally stole my money... I will never go here again. Shame on you!!! Maybe choose kindness and treat people like you want to be treated!

My first here was not good, because it took 20 mins of waiting for my order. No explanation and no apology on their part. And recently i went back here because its near to our place, no improvement on customer service. Staffs are not friendly. Not even a short smile and greetings.
