Ordered a chicken sandwich meal on the mobile app and when I drove up to pick up my order, I asked for two ranch and Alexis the manager said I had to pay extra for any condiments. However, my friend was in the car with me and she had just made an order at the drive thru right before me and paid separately, it was a large fry, and when she asked for a ranch Alexis gave it to her for free. So I asked her why I had to pay for any condiments, and my friend didn't when my order was larger and was an actual meal, It just didn't make any sense. She proceeded to tell me that she can not just give me condiments I had to pay for them and then she slammed the drive thru door. She stepped away for a few seconds and came back and she opened the drive thru window and said "yes?", she was clearly upset and continuing to be rude. I proceeded to pay for the two ranches, she was rude and rolled her eyes and practically threw my debit card and receipt in my hand.

It's one of the best jack in the box restaurant in orange by the freeway the 91 and the 55 going to riverside open late and EBT friendly. Everything was fresh like the lettas, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Friendly people and clean restaurant also the restrooms. Well enjoy your meal I know I did.

I totally forgot about their teriyaki chicken n rice bowl! It's literally been years and years! They still got it. Thank goodness it hasn't changed a bit. So good the way it was and still is!

Dine-In closed hours early because of being short-staffed and needing to tend to drive through. The service was slow, but the staff was amiable and acknowledged their customers - kept them transparent as to the given situation. I felt more forgiving, understanding, and patient with the scenario when addressed about the circumstances rather than kept in the quiet, guessing, and ultimately walking out.I appreciate their food and service - they need more credit than given. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and 3 out of the 4 were hollow. Such a bummer. I gave 3 stars because they are pretty good with breakfast orders but missed the mark on this visit. I only came for the mozzarella sticks, which were $3.77, and was super disappointed. I got all the way home and didn't want to drive back.
