hate when they don't have the ability to serve lattes or cappuccino etc. Because their machine is down.And when it's down...It Is Down!it's down for a week or two at a time and they don't even post a FYI sign up anywhere..so now I call ahead before I head down there every Saturday.if they tell me they can't make the Because of their machine, that's when I call the one on Tustin near islands restaurant and they have only let me down once on the latte.The employees at the east Chapman one tell me that it's expensive and their vendor needs to come out and fix it.Well the vendor must have rocks in their head for taking so long to lag on a huge business like McDonald's and ...Well as for McDonald's = expensive to get that machine fixed or cleaned or even get a new one...if that's true then you guys are cheapskates.

Had to use the self order kiosk didn't have a choice no one at a register. Food was brought out to me fresh and hot. Coffee was strong and bitter even though I used creamer. Yuk!
