I'm beyond sad to learn that they permanently closed. I've been going here since they opened and even though the sandwiches can take a little longer to make than other places, the quality of the ingredients and care they put into each sandwich is worth it. I loved supporting this family business over the years, the owners are so kind. I have many good memories coming here and am sad to see them go. I now find myself constantly craving a NY Sub and no way to fill it :(

I have eaten here for many years but the landlord has not renewed their lease and they are closing.

This place may look unassuming but gosh darn-it they make an incredible sub. We try and make it over here once a week. Super good, super consistent. Love it!

The best sandwich I have ever had! The bread is fresh and has the perfect amount of crunch. The meat and veggies are proportioned well for the size of the sandwich.

What a f*cking joke this place is. Despite the exterior looking like a meth lab, I decided to give it a shot after driving by for the past few years. I wasn't even surprised when the inside was worse. There's dumps, and then there's this place. But still, I was hoping that the food would speak for itself. After waiting in line for about 5 minutes (not because it was busy, but because the guy working kept walking away from the register to do meaningless tasks like rearrange the stack of styrofoam cups behind the counter), I finally ordered 1 sandwich. I didn't even mind that this bozo refused to make eye contact and appeared to be hating his life. That's when the real torture began. I am not exaggerating... It took the two employees 52 minutes to make my sandwich. If you could call what they were doing "making a sandwich". They mainly just talked to one another and took turns slowing walking to the back room and bumping into each other. Which MAYBE I could've made peace with had they told me up front. F*ck, lie to me! "We're down a team member" "We're super backed up" Anything! At this point, I'm praying to god that this is the holy grail of sandwiches and I didn't just waste an hour of my life... Jokes on me. Meat was warm, sandwich was dry, bread was flavorless. Kill me. Where's a time machine so I can go back and warn my younger, optimistic self?!If you could give negative stars on Yelp, I would. Like negative 200. Some places just shouldn't be open. With any luck, a health inspector will stumble into this scum pit and put it out of its misery. For their own sake, I really hope NY Subs is a front for some underworld business dealings like money laundering or selling malnutritioned exotic pets out of the back room.In closing, if you have even a shred of self respect, value your fleeting time on this beautiful rock as we float across the cosmos, and don't enjoy eating lukewarm garbage, spare yourself and miss this clown show.

Anyone who loves NY SUBS needs to go show some love cuz our favorite local home made sandwiches are always made to perfection is closing down. My family is devastated!! You will be missed. Macias/Johnson family will miss your wonderful sandwiches!

DELICIUS. this sandwich was so goddamn good I will definitely be coming back. Service was very quick and the guy in there was nice. the bread was so good and the lettuce wasn't that cheap s*** you'd get at any other place. 10/10

Very friendly spot. It seems family owned which I love to support. I always get the toasted pastrami with extra mustard. They make it like old school! I love the vibe where you just go in, order your sandwich, and they take their time (really five-ten mins) depending on how many come in. Their potato salad is also VERY good. I would recommend on ordering that too. Mm! They have a TV and plenty of seating so if you're looking to bring a group, do that! Support this sandwich shop :)

Got the New York special and it was very tasty! The bread was warm and soft. The flavors were delicious. Just wish there was a little more deli meat at the end. Overall very delicious and we will be back!

Was looking for an Italian sub and this cute family owned spot hit the spot! They have French or wheat baguettes, and all sandwiches come with all the works of an Italian sub. I believe it's a son and his mom who own and work here. Mom is making the subs, sweet little lady. If you are in a rush I would recommend calling in as it seemed it's just her making them and she makes them with love. There is small seating inside, options of chips and drinks. I got the number #4 large - Turkey ham and salami with everything. Large is about a foot long I would say. It was very tasty.Would recommended and will be back anytimeI'm craving a nice Italian sub :)
