Placed an online order and food was ready a few minutes prior to the time promised which is always good... ordered a steak Mexican street corn bowl and everything was yummy, minus the rice being a little stale and crunchy in my bowl The inside is pretty small and got crowded quickly, but their outdoor seating is nice too, no major complaints
Let me start by saying that Rubio's is absolutely delicious and a healthier alternative to many fast food establishments. I work nearby so I love coming here. I came the day after Christmas and for some reason the Block was absolutely slammed. Rubio's had a line waiting to order, despite the line the manager was extremely professional and courteous. My boyfriend and I came here for a quick bite to eat before going to the movies. It wasn't too busy, but there were some people enjoying their meals when we arrived. Service was pretty good and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. I always love filling up at the salsa bar at Rubio's and this one's was pretty clean and well stocked. My boyfriend got a shrimp burrito and I got their shrimp tacos. We had a good and easy meal here sitting at the high counter.
