Met up with a former colleague for lunch this afternoon. Cafe Teatro is a fairly simple straight forward operation. Coffee drinks, Italian sodas, sandwiches, assorted muffins and pastries.I got the pesto chicken sandwich on sourdough. It was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced.Restrooms are on the second floor by the library entrance. There's a brightly colored patio area with umbrellas and artwork. Little gem in Lamorinda serving up bomb little breakfast burritos for $8. The owner stayed open for me beyond closing and this snack was on point. Perfect place to grab a bite. Please note they close at 2pm Saturdays. Sat outside and enjoyed the civic center part of Orinda. Even in the chilly light rain it was lovely.
