Good but NOT great mexican food with a full bar. They have lunch specials that last until 230pm daily. They also have happy hour that starts at 3pm on cocktails.I like my mexican food to have more spice and flavor to it. I ordered the enchilada and taco lunch special and my boyfriend got the 2 steak tacos lunch special. The steak had some fat on it. Both our meals had very little meat). This is the first time at Papacitos mexican restaurant in Oroville. It is located off of Oro Dam Boulevard in a small shopping center. We ordered the lunch specials that are available until 230pm. I ordered the enchilada and taco special that comes with rice and beans. It was good but not great..alittle bland. Wife and I came in on a Wednesday and we ordered a Papacito's carnitas burrito and Juanita special plate. The burrito was comparable to a Taco Bell bean burrito... literally.
