Came by and saw this little place after my workout and decided to try it. Really glad that I did because the shake was delicious and it helps with recovery and gives me the protein that I need after my workout. I've been coming to All Shook Up for a few months now, great service from all the ladies here especially Carina and Carrie! Love the decor and the new updated colors. It matches my drink, Goku Tea, perfect. Great place to have your herbal life shake and tea. I'm always trying the monthly flavors they have!
