I went there today Sunday and I asked for a Jazmine almond milk tea and the worker made it twice with regular milk what was so hard to do .It wasn't for free .the staff takes 7 to 10 minutes to serve every person unlike the Ventura location they are familiar with Jazmine almond milk tea you only wait if it is very busy 5 minutes plus they give you points or discounts with your phone number.
I always go to Bigstraw Boba on Saviers road because it's close to home. My son loves the cotton candy boba and I love the vanilla bean one. The drinks are a 10/10 but the customer service needs major improvement. EVERY single time I have stopped by this location I've gotten helped by rude employees.
