Manage your own expectations... I liked the food. I liked the service (everyone was super busy but still friendly). The food was ready super fast for such a busy night (a Friday night). Other reviews are so strange... It is a food court where many food varieties are offered and few tables are available. If you expect a high-end food experience at a food court price, stop posting reviews on Google. Some people wander over to a lake and complain the surfing is bad. Good grief.I like how the hot/spicy sauce comes on the side. I sometimes prefer my spicy dishes to be cooked with the spicy sauce, but speedy prep requires sauce on the side. It is a tradeoff. I used to not eat spicy food at all a few years ago, and I still appreciate the opportunity to control the spice level. This is no different than adding hot sauce to each bite of a burrito or tacos.I liked food containers. Less waste than other places. If you want some quality ramen in a short amount of time, Silverlake is a great option.Vegetarian options: Good vegetarian options, I think. (I am not a vegetarian, so please do take my word as gospel. I am not as discerning as a true vegetarian when I am looking at the menu.)

Noodles are decent but I agree with everyone else that service needs improvement not sure why you can't sit at the table and wait for your food when you don't have any other customers waiting to be seated.

Huge wait time for food. The worst part of this company is the service and seating. The food takes so long that four coworkers & myself ordered ahead. Then they told us we couldn't sit there becuase we ordered online. They had FIVE tables open and wouldn't let one party of paying customers sit there. WTH is wrong with your management? It makes me sick how they treated us. Tried to reach out the company and got ignored. This place isn't worth it.

Love to food but the service is what will have me no longer eat here. However, when you ask for dine in and they say no tables are available and then you politely point out someone just left. There were two tables available, 1 and 3, and the woman outside said no.lt's not ok the person behind me got prioritymy daughter orders, they told her it was just for takeout.I let them know that I wanted it to eat there and in the end they didn't want to give me my money back since I didn't want takeout. When I told her that I would call the police, she changed his attitude and returned my money. She also did not want to give me information about the manager.

I went to Silverlake in Oxnard. Overall, the food is good. I usually order the garlic, truffle Ramen in the valley area, and they are superior. This time I ordered chicken and it was "meh". It's not bad but it's not something I will crave about. I will definitely order the garlic truffle again next time. The Services is OK. Mostly young people in this branch. They are fast and pretty good straightforward service. The ambience is not my favorite. It's located at the food court called Annex. Noise level is high. there are only three tables for this restaurant

The Pork belly buns are really yummy!! The ramen is also very tasty, I'd eat here again. Their DoorDash delivery fee is also very reasonable

The is very casual dining In a foodie friendly food court. Order at the counter and they deliver to your assigned table. There is not really server, but a food runner. Be prepared to get up to get chopsticks, napkins, water...They have their own tables and people watching entertaining. I love Ramen. I make . I eat it. I order it. I had the veggie because I wanted the fried Broccoli, which was fabulous, but the broth was as rather bland. The noodles were perfect and plentiful. There were fresh salad greens in the broth that did not contribute a thing to the dish, neither taste nor texture. The vegetables were all subtle flavors ( avocado bean sprouts, corn and mushrooms) The components were all good, but the only stand out flavor was the broccolini. I would not order this again without adding garlic or something. My companion had the Classic with added garlic; his was much tastier than mine. The chicken Karaage was quite tasty, deep fried dark meat chicken in a crispy batter and a spicy dipping sauce. Heaven in a bite.Come here for a quick meal while shopping.

By far one of the worst Silverlake ramen I've ever been to.. these type of places are the ones that make you never want to come back .. definitely gives it a bad reputation hopefully someone does "undercover boss" here seriously.. I was seated on a dirty table that still had the previous food from whomever was sitting there. It took them about 15-20 min to remove the food .. totally unprofessional as for the meal it was ok I've had better definitely made me feel sick after

Love to food but the service is what will have me no longer eat here. I am ok with an up to 30 minute wait. However, when you ask for dine in and they say no tables are available and then you politely point out someone just left. It's not ok the person behind me got priority because the table wasn't ready when I ordered. So I sat in my car on my lunch break instead

They are located in a food court at The Collection. The food is good and the serving is good as well. I love their Karaage it is crispy and juicy at the same time. The ramen was okay and the broth of the ramen needs a little more taste and umami flavor. It is nice that they have reserved tables and seats for their customers so you won't be having a hard time looking for one. I still recommend that you try this one out.
