Manage your own expectations... I liked the food. I liked the service (everyone was super busy but still friendly). The food was ready super fast for such a busy night (a Friday night). Other reviews are so strange... It is a food court where many food varieties are offered and few tables are available. Noodles are decent but I agree with everyone else that service needs improvement not sure why you can't sit at the table and wait for your food when you don't have any other customers waiting to be seated.
I went to Silverlake in Oxnard. Overall, the food is good. I usually order the garlic, truffle Ramen in the valley area, and they are superior. This time I ordered chicken and it was "meh". It's not bad but it's not something I will crave about. I will definitely order the garlic truffle again next time. The Services is OK. Mostly young people in this branch.
