I have no clue how these employees stay so friendly and professional. This is one of the more hectic Starbucks I’ve been to and whenever i go people are demanding things of the employees, uninteresting in waiting during rushed, etc, but the workers handle everything with patience and grace. Plus my drinks taste great!

Not so great. To be fair, they were extremely overwhelmed and didn't seem to have a good plan in place or enough staff. I'm not sure, but it was a looooong wait, and they didn't make the drinks correctly. Somehow, the THREE orders after mine were ready first, and after mine was made, it kinda just hung out behind the counter w the barista until I asked for it lol...so that was weird.
