DONT GET THE NEW GRILLED CHEESE NACHO FRIES.Paid $6 for 8 fries. Literally.The box came more than halfway empty.I drove back because I thought this must be a mistake.The server then refused to correct the size, even though their advertisement clearly pictures a full box. Really bad business and customer service experience.

The older staff is always very friendly and helpful, but the new hires are extremely slow and not kind at all, they always forget to give me my drink and take more than 15 minutes when their is nobody in the drive thru.

Placed an order on the app, got in store and they had no record of the order. Said I should cancel it and just order at the counter. The issue is that the store had already marked the order as in process per the app so I couldn't cancel. The siad just wait as it's slow some times, I've been waiting over and hour now and it feels like they are ignoring the fact I am still here. I have never had an issue with any of the other Taco Bells in Oxnard, Ventura, Camarillo or Port Hueneme.‐‐-------edit-----After waiting just over the hour they manually put the order in their system.
