“Awesome little place in Pacific Grove near the beach. I ordered the Salmon and Potato Pancake and think it was prob the single best breakfast meal I've ever had! Smoked salmon + potato pancake + crème fraiche. I also added a fried egg on top. We will def be back“
“It was their Traditional Yerba Mate service that caught our attention and then coincidentally reading a little of their backstory brought us in. Once settled, we instantly felt at home and couldn't have enjoyed our visit(s) more. Clearly locals love the spot for its relaxed atmosphere and food...Ok I mean absolutely fantastic food. You simply have to try all their empanadas, the mind-blowing Sopa and Lemon Delight. Don't miss out on their gem offering... Yerba Mate!Mate: really is a way of life (relaxed). It takes a little time, make the time, it's so worth it. The staff were surprised/delighted by my order of a traditional (hot) Mate service, and the owner came out with an exuberant "You're drinking Mate!?!" We had a nice conversation about the ritual of drinking Mate, Paraguay and some of her experiences with the cafe. Our second visit though, led to a lengthy discussion with a knowledgeable staff member about more advanced techniques for Yerba Mate preparation, character of the various brands, etc...I've been casually enjoying Mate for twenty years and still came away with a better understanding. They're so kind and pleasant, you'll enjoy the experience whether you're a newbie needing to be walked through the process or a budding connoisseur.“

“Don’t let the building fool you, this is a great pizza place! Had the BBQ chicken flat bread pizza, the garlic cheese bread, and a pepperoni pizza. It was all cooked perfectly. Came out quick and hot! I would definitely recommend coming here! The staff was very nice as well! 9/10“
“Beautiful but cozy atmosphere. I had Ukranian Stroganoff & my neice had lasagne. Stroganoff was the tenderest beef I've ever had in a delicious mushroom sauce served with mashed potatoes. Perfection! I tasted my neices lasagna and OMG!! Excellent sauce and served with moist soft mini slices of parmesean cheese, it took delicious to a new level. The service did not match the level of the food, beautiful decor or elegant ambiance. We were served & pretty much ignored. I will absolutely go back.“
“This place has like mondo sushi bento combinations galore, a huge selection of all the staple fish items you're familiar with annnnndddd the portions are large as well! It's a cool little place in a seaside town that's peaceful and fun. Date kind of place but could be busy and then not so private. I loved it I will go back when over the hill in this area (12).“
“Wonderful Rack of Lamb and top notch Paella. The only suggestion is that the wait staff be more tuned in to whether the Paella can be shared. We asked if the dish was enough for two, and he said it was only for one . It was actually enough for three.“

“We love coming to Pacific Grove and when traveling with kids it is hard to find a place with something to keep everyone happy. They gave us a cute table outside in the beautiful weather. The wagyu burger was great and the onion rings are some of the best we have ever had! We even came back the next day for some more. The Pizza was delicious and pasta and salads were great and fresh. Get the focaccia bread as an appetizer and you can’t go wrong. We will be back!“
