“You will get better service inside and when it is rainy there is a play place here that is well managed. I take my kid here and he loves it. ❤️ There are usually 1 or 2 other families hanging out here too. When it is quiet some people use this room for business. Either way, maybe because it is pacifica this place has good food and good vibes.“

I believe it is important to bring these concerns to your attention in the hopes of improving the overall customer experience.On October 29th at approximately 5:45P.MI visited the McDonald's located at 125 Monterey Rd, Pacifica, CA 94044From the moment I entered the restaurant, it was evident that the staff was disorganized and inattentive. Despite there being only a few customers present, the wait time to place my order and receive it was unreasonably long. This lack of efficiency was detrimental to the overall dining experience.Furthermore, the behavior of some staff members was highly unprofessional. I was met with rudeness and impatience when attempting to communicate my order, and my questions and concerns were disregarded. It is disheartening to witness such poor customer service, especially in a globally recognized fast-food chain like McDonald's.To add to my disappointment, my order was incorrect when it finally arrived. Not only were items missing from my meal, but the food that was served was noticeably cold and unappetizing. The lack of attention to detail and quality control is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.While at the restaurant, I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, who seemed disinterested and did not take any steps to rectify the situation. This indifferent response only compounded my dissatisfaction and left me feeling unheard and unvalued as a customer.To improve the service and overall experience at your McDonald's restaurant, I would like to suggest the following:1.
