“Been coming to Queens for 30 years now. The food is top tier and the cooks know my order so even when I forget to ask for it a certain way he double checks. The service has always been amazing whether ordering in person or on the phone. The atmosphere is good but of course it is a smaller place so there's limited seating. Overall, I would recommend this spot over any other spot in the Valley.“
“Nice clean new looking facility a great concrete parking lot and a fast drive-through. You can call ahead and have your order waiting for you. The staff is always friendly and the customer clientele has always been friendly. Best deal in town!! I love the grilled chicken salad. And the portions do not disappoint!“
“Good is great, but the attitude of some of the employees is not as great. They treat you as if you were dumb. They should hire some people with a genuine smile, but then again I’m sure they’re burnt out. Life is too short, to be mad or sad, be happy ?“
“I haven't been to this Jack in the Box in ages. This isn't my go to fast food to get a burger or anything else. But since I had a tmobile Tuesday coupon for their Spicy Chicken Sandwich, today was the day. I downloaded the app on my phone and place the order through there. The best thing I like about their app is that you don't have to check in when you arrived to the place so your order will start being made. The drive thru line wasn't busy so I was able to pull right up and tell them I was here to pick up my mobile order. The guy working the window was polite and asked if I wanted any sauce. I asked for ketchup only. The area this Jack in the Box is in is not the best and there was a homeless person hanging out right where you exit the drive thru to turn on Woodman Ave. I thought the spicy chicken sandwich was alright but my mom loved it since I shared half of it with her.Parking: They don't have a lot of parking spots here but there are street parking and nearby parking lot as well.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid friendly but I would day it's not in the safest area.Wheelchair accessibility: This place is wheelchair accessible and they have a ramp to the front door.“
“This has to be my fave BK, I've been going to this BK ever since I went moved near by and no matter who's working the employees are always working. There's never any drama at this store. Especially if you compare it to the mcdonalds next door.Parking: Never full“
“Staffs here are nice and fast. Food and drink meet expectation, it's McD. Drive thru here can be long, almost out to the street, even though there are 2 lanes. If you park in the EV side, you may get stuck butting out. But it won't be long, it's McD. Dining place inside pretty small but sufficient.“
“Went at 1:30am. Ordered ice cream and an apple pie. They had both ready very fast. Went to use Apple Pay and the kind lady asked if it was ok if she could handle to phone in order to use the Apple Pay. Very nice employees and quick service.“
“Soda was flat, people that come this location will definitely test your patience when trying to enter parking lot, go in, line, or leave parking lot.Seems that no matter the way the rest of the country understands the "unwritten" way of going to get food as eating there, drive thru and etc, the minority that frequents here changes the way that we all have established any a d all establishments, and is chaotic, no manners, and some. Where's the jihad when you don't want em but can sit by and nit blink. That was harsh and don't mean it, but wish common sense was a thing here“
“Such a cute little spot and the food was amazing. The owner was so sweet and welcoming! Will definitely be back here for sure! If you’re in the Newhall area, be sure to check this place out. We ordered the beef sub combo and it was spot on!“
“My husband grew up in this area, regailed me with stories of crawling under the fence of the middle school across the street he attended to play baseball in the diamond with the neighborhood kids in the summers in the early 90s and would come here for post-game eats. I'm glad he brought me.“
