Vegan Restaurants near Pala

“One of the things that hurts this place has nothing to do with the restaurant. The seating area is right next to the smoking area of the casino. Really odd that they have a non-smoking area next to their gift shop, snack bar and nicer restaurant but not next to their three other eating establishment, Noodles, The Cafe and the Luis Reys sports bar. On nicer days, there is a patio close by so you can take your food outside if desired. But, back to the place. This is a stand-in-line to order, wait for them to bring you your food place. There is some seating inside the order / prep area but the majority of the people sit in the larger area next to the slot machines. There is a menu board on the pillars as you enter and additional menus up by the registers. This causes a bit of delay as new people wait to get to the register before they figure out what they want. If you have a medium appetite, you can easily share one entree. The Beef Bulgogi is very good and does come on top of bean sprouts with a side of white rice. Quantity changes on each visit but the prices and food quality here are much better than the Chinese place in Harrahs. When we are a little more hungry, we like to add one of the rice dishes. We will either get the combo fried rice or the pork fried rice. The soups are also very popular here and are all around $19. Again, a large bowl and very filling. They have free bottled water if you ask. From standing in line, to order to delivery of food can take a while so hopefully you are not in a hurry. We do enjoy it even though the closest dining environment is less than optimal. Enjoy!!!“

“Went to Swing Inn Cafe last Thursday. We have been wanting to try it since the new owner took over. We love a good BBQ and this place did not disappoint! Mark was our server and from the beginning he was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions! We went with his choice of smoked wings and 2 meat dinner with sides. It was soooo good. Mark also suggested the house beer and it was great! It was a great experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back and if you are thinking of going here do it!“

“This was my first visit hereI ordered their lunch special garlic chicken. It was very tasty. It came with sweet and sour soup, fried rice, and a egg roll.All the food was very good. My only suggestion would be that the chicken pieces were quite large. I had plenty of food to take home. As the portions are nice . I would definitely recommend this place“

“Honestly, not bad for a DoorDash order of Thai food. I haven't really gotten around to trying much of the Thai food in Temecula but I was craving some takeout one night and just went for it. I ordered the Kaomoodeang which was good but the pork was a little on the dry side. Not sure if both of the sauces that come with it go together as it was a more pungent flavor but still decent. Also ordered the pad Thai with 3 proteins and the shrimp were cooked very well, texture of the noodles were great. I guess overall nothing really bad to say but nothing blew me away you know? I think I'd have a better gauge on service and ambiance if I try it there versus takeout.“

I was very pleased with this local owned business and glad that we chose to eat here versus the fast food restaurants in the surrounding area. I appreciated the options on the menu and that we could choose our flavor of dough, sauce, and toppings for our pizza. After preparing the pizza in front of us, they then placed it in the open fired oven. “I received a free specialty pizza coupon from this restaurant so I had to go try it. This spot is small inside and nothing fancy for decor but the food I tried today was definitely 5 stars. I ordered the baked ziti with aurora sauce (alfredo and marinara) with meatballs added ($4) and it was excellent! The ricotta was creamy and smooth and the meatballs were so flavorful and soft. I also got chicken noodle soup which was simple but delicious. My boyfriend got the Italian sausage sub with pasta salad. The dressing on the pasta salad was so good and the sandwich was pretty big for $12. The break sticks that came were perfect on their own but you can't go wrong with a dip in that sauce, right? We ordered the Portino's special pizza to go and it was also good. While we ate we saw several people getting pizzas and other items to go. I will definitely come back to try the other pastas and possibly a meatball sub too! Thanks Portino's!“
