This is our family’s favorite Pollo Loco of all since they are super fast and it’s always clean.The food is delicious and we are always looking forward to go after any sports competition to recharge energy.My children love the chicken nachos and my husband and I find the chicken salad or burrito a very decent food option.
Food was very good. But they’ve shrunk portions. Service people very pleasant. Atmosphere was LOUD upbeat music.

The food is good and everything but management is not the best they need to work on management skills. They need to retrain the manager to be more polite to customers and not be rude. They need to train them to be more have better manner when treating the customer because the customer is always right

Stopped here for my lunch break and needed a tortilla soup. I was feeling the sniffles creep up, but what I didn't expect was how fast I got my order and, more importantly, how delicious that soup was. The general manager assisted me, and he is the most friendly and quick serving. He told me that they reworked the recipe for the tortilla soup, and I gotta say, it is very close to my mom's homemade caldo de Pollo. Outstanding experience here and would definitely comeback again

I wait in drive through for 10mins which is no big deal, but when I tried to order chicken, I was told it's at least a 20 minute wait. They were nice and all but I'm not waiting 30mins for fast food. I Work 10 hour shift and just wanted to buy food.
