Place has pretty much always been a joke , soda machine is out of 60% of the options and it did not seem like anyone had any intentions to fix it . If you go inside and order like I did you will most likely be ignored for the first 5 minutes or so while they take care of the drive through . Then when you need a soda refill you will wait another 5 minutes for them to come help you because they don't just replace the soda machine ( saw other customers doing the same thing ) the...read full review

While I don't normally write reviews for fast food, I have to say that the service on this Jack in the Box is worth writing a review. The ladies working today were so friendly! After leaving and driving an hour I figured out that o left my backpack there, they kept it safe until I got back and again they were so very nice!

This Jack is in a nice complex but avoid this place. The girl behind the counter was too involved in a conversation with the cook about her boyfriends DNA test on his ex girlfriend's kid to make my on w burrito and two had browns. When we walked up to check on our order almost 20 mins later she said "they are making it!" She then walked away. Customer service people!!
