um. are they usually this unkind to customers?pizza was fine. (see pictures) nothing special but the breadstick felt and tasted undercooked and horrible. i’m from san diego and i usually love this place. Worst food. Cold pizza, cold pasta. Go to the mall, need a snack, eat anywhere but here. The little long haired boy has a bad attitude and doesn't know what service is. Garbage food. And now food poisoning.
Was delighted to discover there is a Sbarro in the area. I ordered online at 713pm, closing at 8pm according to ordering page on their own website. Got a call a few minutes later that they already closed the kitchen and refused to cancel and refund my order. No option available on their own website to cancel orders.
