“A wonderful addition to Palm Springs. We especially love that Bougainvillea is locally owned and family-run, which gives the restaurant a warm, personal feel.

The menu is creative and interesting, with a terrific blend of Italian, Mexican, and Latin influences. We started with the calamari, which was outstanding—unique, beautifully flavored, and unlike any version we’ve had before. My husband had the white Bolognese, and I had the al pastor pork chop. Both dishes were excellent and packed with flavor. The service was perfect.

From start to finish, everything was beautifully prepared and thoroughly enjoyable. It’s exciting to have such a great new restaurant here in Palm Springs. We will absolutely be back.”

I recommend Frisky Business to my local friends; and it’s a must “to do” when visitors come to town. It’s a great place owned by great people.”

“I enjoyed a wonderful experience at Farm in Palm Springs for an early Mother's Day dinner. We had delightful three hour six course dinner in a magical setting with live music and delicious fare. PROS: The hostesses graciously greeted us and sat us a bit earlier than our reservation time. Had a nice table in one of the rooms with a fireplace and a large mirror. The saxophonist played and the sound poured in with great acoustics from the speakers. The amuse bouch had avocado, so I could not eat it, so my mom enjoyed all two. My dad could not eat solid foods due to mouth surgery. The bread course had warm fresh items and silky salty butter. The beet salad, melon salad, and corn soup provided earthy, tart, sweet, and creamy bites and tastes. The varied textures provided a kaleidescope of fresh tastes. The baked brie offered sweet and savory mixes of grilled bread, pear, and date spread! The lemon sorbet palate cleanser provided a balanced experience that did its job. The salmon entree provided an exquisitely pan fried crispy and juicy flaky fillet. The creamy dijon mustard sauce complimented the protein perfectly. The sweet peppers offered a wonderful crunch. The swiss chard added some bitter contrast to the garlic potatoes. The wonderfully bitter Citron crepe provided a nice end to a culinary cruise. Crystal took great photos in the garden. Gilbert was professional and affable. CONS: They asked me so many times for extra drinks. I had to prompt them multiple times to fill the water glasses and refills on tea and diet coke. They charged me full price for mashed potatoes, soup, and sorbet for my dad's meal. I get it. OVERALL: I highly recommend this restaurant for a magical evening meal inspired by Provence, France.”

“I went to Koffi twice while I was at Palm Springs. My first visit I got something I usually don't get, matcha. I'm not a fan but maybe I never had good matcha before. Turns out, I'm just not a fan. Koffi used their ceremonial matcha, I had it with oatmilk and easy on the sweet. Perhaps my palate isn't refined enough but still tasted like grass to me.
On my second visit, I got my usual iced cold brew, no milk, no sugar. It was excellent! Hints of fruit if you ask me. I like it! 10/10 for the cold brew!
If you go out back they have a nice shady courtyard. It's a quiet and peaceful place to enjoy your drink.
Both times I went the baristas were friendly and helpful. Service was was quick. Will visit again when I'm in town.”

“Overall we had a positive experience at Sandfish. The food and cocktails were outstanding and service was great. We enjoyed a variety of shared dishes. We dined indoors and were seated right next to the front door. Literally inches from it. This lead to opening and closing and increasing the heat which made the evening a little uncomfortable. The only negative was the charge for water on our bill. We said “still, not sparkling or bottled,” but were not aware each shared “bottle” was $11.00. We had three bottles for a table of 4, so a $33.00 charge was found at the end of the meal. Perhaps our misunderstanding, but would have appreciated better communication. It definitely won't stop us from coming back. Order the Sandfish roll!”

“I love a speakeasy that actually commits to being a speakeasy. The entrance is very unassuming, the vibes on the inside were really cool (a little loud though), and the drinks were made with care. The one I got was described to be similar to a gimlet on the menu (I don’t remember the name of it), it was really delicious.”

“My wife and I recently dined at Desert Moon Palm Springs, and it was an absolutely delicious experience from start to finish.
We started our evening with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly—crispy, flavorful, and excellent. For our main courses, I ordered the pork shank osso buco, and it was outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender and packed with rich flavor. My wife had the Thai Coconut Curry, which was absolutely phenomenal, boasting the perfect balance of spices and vibrant flavors.
Beyond the fantastic food, the atmosphere was great—perfect for a night out—and the service was top-notch. The staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well taken care of throughout the night.
We can't say enough good things about Desert Moon. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal in Palm Springs!”

“While in PS I just had the benefit to experience this quaint jewell in the AM. It was worth every crumb you could imagine from such a simple yet tasteful coffee/bakery place. There's even a salon in inside...go figure. You can have some sweets and get your hair done all in the same spot. The coffee was pure, earthy (organic) and pleasant. The had a genuine pleasantness; I hope they don't change or take this compliment for granted after this rating.

Finally every pastry was beyond outstanding and scrumptious to the palate. I just had my guava/cheese turnover today and the filling was still great. Thank you kindly please don't change. Its hard to find great bakeries that can pride themselves on making tasteful, healthy and clean eating so beneficial”

“Rudy was wonderful! My husband and I had the best time, from the delicious Mamma Mia panini to the spumoni lattes, and the amazing selection of wine, 10/10 experience all around.”

“My biggest complaint is this hidden oasis took me 3 years to find! I know we're all looking for good, cheap eats, but this was seriously a gold mine. We ordered the burrito bowl (meatless) and the croissant sandwich with chicken instead of bacon (we don't eat pork for ethical reasons), and WOW. The flavor and portion for the price was amazing. And for about $20!!

The staff was SUPER helpful, attentive, and kind as well. We're semi-local (have a home in the desert) and we've added this to our rotation for breakfast spots to come to. We're leaving tonight and I'm just bummed we can't make it back one more time before going home.”

“I doubted an app could pick a restaurant, but it found this place and measured the calories from a photo. The tuna tartar with quail egg had enough protein and tasted good. The restaurant has a clean and modern dining room.”

“The menu is limited but anything we ordered was delicious! Prices are a little high but no more so than any other resort property. Staff was friendly and fun and they all made excellent drinks. You do have to walk up to order but they will deliver to your poolside chairs.
It can get hectic though, especially at peak pool hours on the week end.
On the downside, the open hours are quite short--opening fairly late for breakfast (9am) and closing early as well (7 pm). Had the hours been longer we would have used them more.”
