“The service hands down was amazing! A business starts first with great customer service. This place nailed it!!!! The lady and guy that were behind the counter were so attentive and walked us through the menu. When the food arrived, the plate presentation and quality were amazing! I never been at this location before and I worked down the road so I will definitely be coming back again on my lunch break.“
“We've been here a few times, over the past two years: soda machine dispensed no syrup, soft serve machine not working, during heat they offered otter pops----oops employee was eating last one. We noticed Uber Eats a certain customers received free sodas. The food dry and over extended pan life for the beans-all of it, not fresh. Kept hoping that it would change. I don't drive, son didn't want to drive further. You wonder why five stars. Earlier this week one last attempt. My husband and our son picked up a to go order. OMG!! The food was PERECT. Meat juicy, tender and the beans were perfectly cooked also, slaw was slaw, no one complained on any items. Meat portions could have been larger. I mentioned they must of sold or Corporate took over. Son said whole new staff. Whichever -Thank You.“

“Been looking for at least decent BBQ in CV, so had to try Bubbas. Overall it's good and I would go back, but probably to try the burger.We got the sampler platter for 2, which gave us brisket, baby back ribs, pulled pork, sausage and a quarter chicken so we could try most of everything. So first off, don't expect a real smoked BBQ experience here. Didn't detect a smoker used at all in any of the meats, just more or less roasted. The hits I'd say were the brisket and the sausage. Brisket was flavorful without too much fat, the sausage was tasty too. But the chicken, ribs and pulled pork were overcooked. All of it falling off the bone which isn't really a bad thing, but cooked to the point of on the mushy side is. This is also indicative of frozen meat. There was virtually no difference between the pulled pork and the rib meat.Over on the plus side, I did like their sauces. Their basic BBQ sauce was on the sweet side, the spicy bourbon had a come through bourbon flavor, and the sweet chili sauce and mango habanero were also tasty. The two sides we chose were also good. The jalapeno pinto beans were nice and spicy, the mac n cheese was also good, but not the best. Corn bread was dense and not much corn flavor.Service was perfect, attentive but not overbearing.Prices were about average for a BBQ spot. Atmosphere was nice, although trying to convey a roadhouse feeling in a strip mall.Full bar with a good selection of house cocktails and beer.I would go back to try their burger, I'm curious about it. And I'd give the pork another try (small order), to see if they just had an off day.“

“The food was amazing, and Adam was awesome to work with. We catered in bbq for our wedding, and wow was it tasty. We had brisket, pulled pork, ribs, sausage links, bbq beans, Mac n cheese, and corn bread, and everything was exactly what we hoped for. He was on time and kept great communication, and we appreciated that a bunch. I would definitely recommend Adam!“

“Marnie hooked me up! Decided to do a anniversary party for me and my husband's 20th anniversary. Got the order in just in time. Ordered chicken and ribs (comes with sauce, but she puts on the side). Food was outstanding! Especially the BBQ sauce! Bottle it, Marnie! I will definitely stock up on it. Every single guest (30 of them) raved about it. I ran out of Tupperware with the leftover chicken, ribs, and sauce going out the door! Highly recommend!!“

“Our team called in and ordered lunch today and collectively we ordered The 3pc Fish Lunch Special with potato salad and some bomb baked beans, 3pc Wings with fries and the Mac and Cheese with some Cornbread and we were blown away. The Mac and Cheese was seriously really good. The FISH though... FIRE! Nice and juicy, crispy and not overly breaded. The pieces were pretty big! The wings were good! New spot for sure.“
