Best ice cream with best customer service. Neat and clean environment. Service was very quick. They have a variety of ice cream and toppings for mix ins.

Bought a premade ice cream from the freezer only to find out after I took one bite that it had melted and been refrozen, it was all gross and icy. Went to return it and they said they wouldn't give me a refund or replace it with a fresh one even though they could clearly see it was inedible. The two girls that told me had a smirk on their face like it was funny and they only offered to sell me another one at full price. So I threw it in the trash and left. Will never return here again. Lost a long time customer over $13.

It's very hot in the store. Very uncomfortable to see workers working in that heat. Please inform the owner's that it is an unsafe environment.

Walked in....walked out. No seats to relax and eat, plus it was 90+ degrees inside. Poor workers having to work in an environment that's hot af. Ice cream places should be cool not hot. I wouldnt want my ice cream melting before I eat it.

Ordered for a Berry Berry Good . It was creamy one and loaded with berries- strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and vanilla ice cream. Would have loved it if the strawberries were mashed more as they were frozen. Overall a good experience

This ice cream shop is one of my favorite places to pick up ice cream. Ice cream is always delicious. Choices are great. Employees are always friendly. The shop is always clean..

For many years it had been a weekly tradition that every Wednesday evening after work I treated myself to the "gotta have it" (biggest cup) container of chocolate ice cream from Cold Stone's Smoketree location 2465 E. Palm Canyon Dr. Palm Springs. (I used to go to the location in downtown Palm Springs however that was closed a lot of times by the city for not being clean).BUT the tradition is over.Last night being a Wednesday I went to the Smoketree location as usual only to find it is under new ownership and the usual "Gotta have it" container's price is now nearly $9.00 with the tax. I am a senior citizen and this is a HUGE increase. So that is the end of that tradition. I can understand a small increase but this big of a jump in price is just wrong. I'll go to the market and get ice cream there from now on. Goodbye Cold Stone.

Open late with great customer service. My family and I had never been before. With so many options it did take us a while to settle in and order. Staff was friendly and patient and the ice cream was delicious. Definite 10/10!
