Amazing tacos, salsa, apps, everything! The service is phenomenal, including several visits by the owner. Water came immediately with the silverware and menus. Chips and salsa were fresh and fast. The appetizer came quickly after with separate plates for sharing. We tried the Brussels sprouts mixed with Mexican corn and cotija cheese. After a hike the other morning, my two friends and I were absolutely CRAVING tacos. We stumbled upon Low Desert and we were so pleasantly surprised. It’s nothing fancy, but the food quality is exceptional with perfectly balanced flavors, some nice twists, and wonderfully fresh ingredients. One of the best items was the vegetable taco, which is a rarity. Also, definitely try the low desert tacos.

This place is a hidden gem. Delicious authentic Mexican food that has a wonderful happy hour. The menu is not like the bigger places but that's great because they really focus on the food they do serve. The prices are great, the staff are great the service is great! This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants.
