“We are here on vacation and decided to stop at this 5 guys and we weren't disappointed. The place is spotless inside and out. The kitchen is clean and everyone is really nice.The food was amazing. The burger was nice and juicy and the fries were cooked to perfection. No pictures were taken since we were super hungry and the food was amazing.“
“I got a gift card as a Christmas present for Jersey mikes in Palm Springs , the two times we went ,was very close to closing time , I was blown away at the level of kindness, and just the positive atmosphere of this store. The employees we encountered went above and beyond in their service, from the moment we walked in . “Ordered from their easy to use app. Ordered two items from their $7 Deals Menu. Guess what? The first item below that big heading is actually $9. The wings? $8. Huh? Those are not $7 deals. It's not the fault of this restaurant. It's the fault of their corporate office. So I took one star away from my review.Once I got past that false advertising, I ordered my $9 one- topping medium pizza and $7 chicken pizza melt for pick up.Here's all the good stuff:I went to pick it up at the time the app said it was ready and it was ready on time!The inside of this Pizza Hut is really clean. Free parking too.The staff are very friendly and seem to keep busy. You can see the kitchen right there behind the counter and I am happy to report it is immaculate! Super clean.The food was hot. My order was accurate. And both items were delicious, especially that Pizza Melt. It might be my new favorite thing at Pizza Hut. It's THAT GOOD! The pizza was good too.I'm usually a big fan of another pizza chain, but this Pizza Hut in Palm Springs is making me re-think things!P.S. They don't serve beer or wine in the restaurant like they used to anymore. Might be why the restaurant always seems empty. “Well, this was certainly a treat! Was going to another restaurant close by and saw Firehouse Subs. I was in the mood. Was greeted with a hello and welcome, and asked about a few things on the menu. I decided on the Hook and Ladder, and a bowl of chili. Good call! Both were amazing. Make sure Kevin makes your sandwich. I loved every bite of it. “I had a purchase order to maintenance both drive-through lanes speaker posts. Closing one lane at a time, I was there a few hours and witnessed i heard the way that the staff taking orders were very polite people. I heard throughout the day many different voices taking orders, I am impressed with the entire store and the way I was helped by them as I inconvenience them by having only 1 lane open at a time all day. I wanted to give them a review to express what I witnessed. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.“
