Adrian!!! That’s all I have to say. He’s the MVP of Hotel Zoso! Aside from being one of the finest male specimen I saw in PS, he was so relatable, respectful and accommodating. The whole staff worked hard and smart (with the exception of the woman that checked me out) but again Adrian and his professionalism made me feel very welcomed even more than the event I was there for. Thank you so much and hope Hotel Zoso promotes this man and don’t abuse him when you put him management. Keep him around and encouraged so that he can be the example to all other leaders and employees to followRooms: Spacious, clean and well lit. The balcony was a great amenity as wellWalkability: Very near to bars, restaurants and shops

It was my birthday. My husband treated us to a weekend away. The room was already totally leaking from the AC unit. The AC unit the whole night was making banging noises all night. The next morning the AC unit flooded the bathroom. We couldn’t even use the restroom. We told the front desk and he was super rude and didn’t accommodate us at all. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They didn’t even offer us a discount when our room was in such bad shape.

Never ever give negative reviews. Hard enough for a lot of places to succeed these days but…….We had a suite booked for 2 nights. After only a few hours here we cancelled the second night. Not sure about the rest of the rooms but our suite was in terrible condition and stunk to high heaven. Run down and on the dirty side. Carpets are filthy, I’m on the older side so possibly the younger crowd may be more tolerant. Staff was very accommodating. Adrian was by far the standout employee. Tried very hard to make things go smoothly for his team. Place needs a major league face lift. Hope they fix things and make it! Loose the plug in palm trees in Palm Springs!

Great location, but lackluster rooms and overall hotel. Shuttle service too and from the airport is excellent if you arrive during the day. Hotel is very dated and needs a complete refresh from the rooms to the pool area. Lack of breakfast in the hotel during the week is also a major disappointment. Additionally, hotel gym is a depressing attempt at a gym. Overall, ok hotel, but would recommend better options in Palm Springs if you have the budget.

Have an excellent experience! Wesley Koeberlein the Front Office Manager, was very kind and helpful. He made our early check-in easy and upgraded us to a beautiful mountains view and pool side view. The music playing gave us that weekend get away vibe, and relaxing under the stars was a plus! Close to the strip, Casino, and Regal Theaters. Bill's Pizza was right across the street, and the Pizza was great! We ARE definitely returning! Thanks to ALL the staff at the Hotel, you were very helpful! Special thanks to Wesley, made us feel very welcomed!Nearby activities: Casino, Bar and Grills, Clubs, shopping, restaurants ALL very closeWalkability: Everything we needed was within walking distance

Luxury service at an affordable price (with a tough-to-beat location)! Wes (the manager) and his team were truly amazing. Will absolutely visit again!

What a 0...Hotel. within the first few hours had to call hotel maintenance 3 times. A/C didn't work, tv remote had to be replaced and room safe didn't work at all. Luckily they got it all fixed. Got ready to leave and the lock on the door didn't work and wouldn't let us open it..kept giggling till it finally unlocked.Obiously from the damage on the door I wasn't the first to have the problem. Then night time came...could hear the guests above walking around. 2:30am came and the drunks coming from the bar/club rumbled down the halls every night it was open. My wife was looking for a snack and went to the lobby vending machines, I think there were 6 or 8 machines and 3 had snacks...none worked. I'm sure the flaming-trans/bingo games are fun for some...just not my cup of tea. The pros were that all the employees were great. Location was good..Valet parking was flawless. Beyond that it's just a good 2 star hotel. Not a beautiful life at the zoso...soso hotel.

We had a great experience here! Rooms good (not amazing but nothing really bad to say!), all staff so kind and accommodating, free valet here, and location the best!!! Walkable to everything! Joshua Tree National Park was about 60-75 minute drive and well worth going! Gym nice, pool looked a little older though we didn’t use it. Would recommend to others.Walkability: Perfect location! 6 min drive (free shuttle too!) from airport and so walkable to tons of downtown Palm Springs shops and restaurants.

My husband arrived on site along with a few other groups of our friends that are staying at the hotel and the guy at the front desk was rude immediately. We have a truck and according to their website they offer free valet parking and they refused to accommodate our truck. I asked to speak with the manager and the guy at the front desk refused to let me talk to him. He said I could call back at 6 AM. I told him that defeats the whole purpose of me trying to figure out where we can park the truck. He said we can park in the alley outback and they are not responsible for any damage. I said they should've called a neighboring hotel and asked if we can park there and they would shuttle us back and they refused to help us whatsoever. They allowed some vehicles to be parked out front, but not ours. I do not recommend this hotel if you want good customer service!! They will not refund our money and told us we are on our own for parking. Stay somewhere else!
