Adrian!!! That’s all I have to say. He’s the MVP of Hotel Zoso! Aside from being one of the finest male specimen I saw in PS, he was so relatable, respectful and accommodating. The whole staff worked hard and smart (with the exception of the woman that checked me out) but again Adrian and his professionalism made me feel very welcomed even more than the event I was there for. Thank you so much and hope Hotel Zoso promotes this man and don’t abuse him when you put him management....read full review
Great location, but lackluster rooms and overall hotel. Shuttle service too and from the airport is excellent if you arrive during the day. Hotel is very dated and needs a complete refresh from the rooms to the pool area. Lack of breakfast in the hotel during the week is also a major disappointment. Additionally, hotel gym is a depressing attempt at a gym. Overall, ok hotel, but would recommend better options in Palm Springs if you have the budget.
