Selected this property for a short stay in the desert. I had seen mixed reviews since COVID but my personal experience was very positive. Received an incredibly warm welcome from Luke at the Front Desk. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. He even walked us to our room [#302]. My husband, Rodney, and I just returned from three nights at Triada. As always, our stay was exceptional. The hotel is so charming and relaxing. The proximity to the pool from every room is only steps away, the beds are extremely comfortable, and having a kitchen in the room is a plus. I stayed here for my birthday. Originally, I was staying at another hotel, but stubbled into the Triada to ask some questions about the Movie Conlony area. Christina was so friendly and helpful. She gave me a map of the area, recommended some restaurants and game me a tour of the facility. I was so impressed with the hotel that I checked out of my other hotel and stayed the rest of my vacation at Triada. They have 2 pools; a saltwater pool & a chlorine pool.
