Paulina always with a warm welcome smile greeting all her customers. Assist me with my orders this morning. We were craving for there Sweet & Savory chocolate, maple bar donuts top with "BACON ". So yummy & delectable. And shout out to her supervisor Sharon who assisted me with my Tater Tots order, since menu had loaded tots & I didn't want all that ingredients. She accommodated my request & charge me as plain French fries. Since it's just plain Tots & same veggie family LOL!) Lasting impression both given "Excellent Customers Service ", highly recommend & will be back if around area!) Area kept clean, organized & fully stocked. Thanks Again to Supervisor Sharon & Paulina for giving "Excellent Customer Service " :)

I LOVE Java Caliente Café, the food is always excellent with not so expensive price. And the staff is so friendly, with excellent service. I went to use the restroom and advised them that I will be back, but when I came back, they accidentally threw away my remaining food. The staff came over and apologized and offer to get me new food, which did not have to, but they did and even gave me a free drink. That is above and beyond GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Keep up the great and friendly service, especially Paulina. That is why I will keep coming back here to eat.

I dine here at least once a week. The daily lunch specials are just ok but the omelettes are excellent and a real value. The philly steak sandwich with a jue is tender and tasty. The food quality is excellent and the help try hard to please. The indoor parking is great in summer....

Love this place. It's inside the casino and parking is free. They staff is friendly and the breakfast burrito is sooooo delicious. After your meal, try your luck in the casino and watch games in the beautiful sports bar. It's not just a cafe; the entire establishment is a small entertainment park.

This review is for the Cathedral City location off of Hwy-111. For some reason it's not on Yelp. Just wanted to say that my experience at the Cathedral City location was amazing! The barista was by herself at the time because someone else was at lunch. I believe her name was, Xufen. She had awesome customer service and all the drinks she made were delicious! Thank you so much Xufen !

This cafe is located inside of the Agua Caliente Casino. Food is always fresh and very good, affordable and portion sizes are big. Menu is big enough. Employees are always very helpful and patient with those customers unsure of what they want to order. A great place to grab a meal while winning (or not!) in the casino without having to leave the building.

inside agua caliente casino back corner...simple order counter and self-seating tables inside...all-day breakfast available...also serving burgers, pizzas, hotdogs, sandwiches, smoothies and more..napkins, plastic utensils and various sauce packets in the corner condiment table for customers to grab as needed...placing an order for the pastrami and rye $12.50...choice of cole slaw, potato salad or fruit salad...taking the potato salad...$15.66 total after tax and tip paying...taking a number and waiting few minutes...plate delivered with sandwich, pickle wedge and scoop of potato salad...the pastrami sandwich was actually decent for the price....simple, but good sandwich...one recommendation would be to have a staff person in the dining area to clean tables and sweep...gets pretty grimy...

This is inside Aqua Caliente in Palm Springs. Don't let the look fool you, there is a full kitchen back there and they put out some tasty regular food. I had their Ruben the first time and Jo had the Club today and I was very happy with the 2 over and hash browns with sausage that I had. Easy peasy ordering and service with a smile. I'll do it again.
