Paulina always with a warm welcome smile greeting all her customers. Assist me with my orders this morning. We were craving for there Sweet & Savory chocolate, maple bar donuts top with "BACON ". So yummy & delectable. And shout out to her supervisor Sharon who assisted me with my Tater Tots order, since menu had loaded tots & I didn't want all that ingredients. I LOVE Java Caliente Café, the food is always excellent with not so expensive price. And the staff is so friendly, with excellent service. I went to use the restroom and advised them that I will be back, but when I came back, they accidentally threw away my remaining food. The staff came over and apologized and offer to get me new food, which did not have to, but they did and even gave me a free drink. That is above and beyond GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
